If an item is in stock we will endeavour to despatch it within two working days. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

*Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. We are not able to offer a refund for goods returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. Therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs/import authority for rates prior to submitting your order.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return items within 14 days of receipt of goods and follow our Returns Procedure. You must notify us at info@doonelondon.com to inform us that you intend to return the goods and to request a return address. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached within 14 days of purchase. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or used and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Doone London will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Once the returned goods have been received by Doone London, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Doone London will not offer a refund on returned items which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using tracked post and that you keep your proof of posting. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs/duties or taxes incurred, and do not cover any shipping charges for returns/exchanges unless the goods are faulty, damaged or in the case of the incorrect supply of goods. 

Sale items must be returned within 7 days. Bespoke items are non-refundable. Please Note: Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
